Refund policy

At MoonMarked Moments, each order is thoughtfully prepared and carefully packaged. Because many of our products are handmade, limited-edition, consumable, or intended for personal use, certain items are not eligible for return. Please review the policy below before making your purchase.

Returns

We accept return requests for eligible products within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

Unused, unlit, unopened, and in its original condition
Returned in its original packaging
Free from damage, fragrance exposure, wax residue, smoke, or other signs of use
Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please include your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the request.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For health, safety, customization, and product-integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Burned, lit, used, opened, or altered candles
Opened tea, bath products, simmer-pot blends, or other consumable products
Guided audio, downloadable products, journals, or other digital content
Personalized or custom-made orders
Gift cards
Clearance or final-sale items
Limited-edition or one-of-a-kind vintage teacup candles
Items damaged through improper use, storage, handling, or failure to follow product instructions

Gift boxes containing consumable, personal-use, or digital components are only eligible for return when the entire box remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Handmade and Vintage Variations

Many MoonMarked Moments products are handmade or created using natural materials. Slight differences in color, crystal shape, botanical placement, wax finish, vessel appearance, or packaging are normal and do not constitute a defect.

Vintage teacups and other one-of-a-kind vessels may show minor variations or signs of age consistent with their vintage character. These characteristics are part of each piece’s uniqueness and are not considered damage.
